• Flooring Package – Upgrade to standard hardwood flooring in the family room and Oak treads on stairs
• Master Bath Package – Upgrade to double vanity, semi-frameless shower glass enclosure and transom window in the shower
• Kitchen Package – Additional $1500 appliance allowance, gas line to range, water line to refrigerator, $2000 additional allowance for kitchen cabinetry
• Lighting Package – 8 recessed lights to be placed anywhere in home, under-cabinet lighting (fixture excluded), flush-mount lights in all bedrooms (fixture excluded), $1500 additional allowance for light fixtures
