Carla Alvord, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson has also joined the Sterling Real Estate Group team in their Ballston Spa office. Carla has decided to make the switch after 5 years in the real estate business.
Carla is proud to be ranked among the top 10% of all realtors in the Capital Region. She holds the CNE designation for Certified Negotiation Expert and is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Carla believes in continuing her education to better serve her clients. She is excited to join the team and broaden her skill set.
