My husband and I had the good fortune to work with Katharine Pelletier when we purchased our beautiful new home in Saratoga Springs. Katharine picked up the phone immediately when we called to inquire about the home, and was extremely responsive and very helpful. She is a real professional in every way and has vast knowledge of the real estate market upstate. We were very impressed with her ability to act quickly and respond to all of our requests. She is kind, smart, and has a great sense of humor–something we could all appreciate these days! Because my husband and I live in NYC, we were literally buying a home online…YIKES!!
