With more than 25 years of sales, customer service and management experience under her belt, Lisa M. Licata is a dedicated NYS Licensed Associate Broker and a Certified Brokerage Manager, just one of three in the Capital District. An accomplished professional, Lisa was named Top Sales Agent in 2017 at her previous brokerage. She has also received several President’s Choice Awards in prior years.

Born and raised in Saratoga Springs, NY, and working in local real estate since 2003, Lisa has overseen projects within a 60-mile radius from Albany to Queensbury. A dedicated professional, Lisa regularly strives to educated herself on the most current and accurate information on the real estate industry. She is laser-focused on training for herself and her team.  Working with national trainers, Lisa and her agents strive to become the new construction experts in their territory. This has afforded them several opportunities to work with top builders throughout the area. From condos, townhomes to custom and luxury homes, Team Sterling does it all.

She holds Certified Buyers Representative and Seller Representative Specialist certifications. Deeply embedded in the business and real estate community, Lisa has become a market leader. She works selflessly to train and supervise many of the Capital Region’s up-and-coming agents.

For the last 16 years, Lisa has been supporting Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity.  She has been a co-chair for the Saratoga Showcase of Homes, the premier home show in the Capital District.  The money raised is donated back to these two charities. The Showcase has raised over $1.5 million dollars and its impact is the inspiration that keeps Lisa going.
